Paling seneng kalo lagi musim durian enaknya bikin ketan durian, apalagi kalau disajikan dingin.. hmmmm...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ketan :&lt;br /&gt;1/4 kg ketan putih&lt;br /&gt;200 ml santan instan&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 lmbr daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus :&lt;br /&gt;150 gr daging durian&lt;br /&gt;600 cc santan kelapa yang sedang kekentalannya&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula merah&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rendam ketan dalam air selama 1 jam.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kukus ketan + daun pandan, hingga setengah matang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan santan instan dan garam. Aduk rata dan kukus lagi ketan sampai matang kurang lebih 20 menit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Angkat ketan yang sudah matang, uleni hingga lembut. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Untuk membuat saus, Jerang santan + gula merah + gula pasir + garam hingga mendidih. Makasih makasih ;p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt; kg daging ikan tengiri yang telah digiling halus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;500 gram sagu tani&lt;br /&gt;400 cc air es&lt;br /&gt;6 gram garam halus&lt;br /&gt;6 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;vetsin secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;3 siung bawang putih dihaluskan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;merica halus secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;daun bawang dirajang, secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;minyak untuk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;Ikan dan air diaduk sampai rata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;Masukkan garam, aduk rata. Sisihkan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur 550 ml susu cair, krim, gula pasir dan agar-agar. Jerang di atas api kecil.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah campuran susu mulai panas, masukkan strawbery blender.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil 3 sdm susu panas dan aduk rata dalam kuning telur. Tambahkan garam dan gula secukupnya, bubuhi merica bubuk. Aslinya sih singkong yang digoreng kering ditabur seledri cincang. Nah sedikit kumodifikasi agar my Asha bisa ikut menikmatinya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg singkong potong dadu kecil&lt;br /&gt;1/4 jagung manis pipil&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;100 gram kelju cheddar parut&lt;br /&gt;50 gram coklat meisyes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Kukus singkong sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus jagung manis dalam air mendidih yang telah dicampur gula pasir, tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur singkong dan jagung, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Taburi keju parut dan coklat meisyes.&lt;br /&gt;5.
